Downloads

Mods, datapacks, resource packs, and texture packs available through the Site are provided "as-is." TOPMCLIST does not guarantee that any downloadable content is free of bugs, compatible with your game version, or safe from malware. You download and install all content at your own risk.

Advertisements

The Site displays advertisements through third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. Some server listings may be marked as "Featured" to indicate promoted placement. The presence of any advertisement or featured listing does not constitute an endorsement by TOPMCLIST.

Termination

TOPMCLIST is not an official Minecraft service. We are not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All Minecraft-related content, names, and imagery belong to their respective owners.

Download Risks

TOPMCLIST does not guarantee that any downloadable content is free of bugs, errors, or defects; compatible with your version of Minecraft; or free from viruses, malware, or harmful code. You download and install all content entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend backing up your Minecraft worlds before installing any mods or resource packs.

Server Listing Disclaimer

We do not own, operate, host, or moderate any listed servers. We are not responsible for server content, rules, moderation, uptime, accuracy of player counts, data collection by server operators, or fraud and misleading information provided by server operators. Listing a server does not constitute an endorsement.

External Links

The Site contains links to external websites including YouTube, Discord, CurseForge, Modrinth, and Minecraft server websites. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.

Limitation of Liability
