Welcome to TOPMCLIST ("the Site"), operated at topmclist.net. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
TOPMCLIST provides a directory of Minecraft servers and a catalog of mods, datapacks, and texture packs for informational and download purposes. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
The Site design, logo, and original content are owned by TOPMCLIST. Minecraft mods, texture packs, and datapacks listed on the Site are the intellectual property of their respective creators. TOPMCLIST does not claim ownership of third-party content.
TOPMCLIST lists third-party Minecraft servers for informational purposes. We do not operate, control, or endorse any listed server. We are not responsible for server content, moderation, uptime, or the conduct of server owners or players. We reserve the right to remove any server listing at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Mods, datapacks, and texture packs available through the Site are provided "as-is." TOPMCLIST does not guarantee that any downloadable content is free of bugs, compatible with your game version, or safe from malware. You download and install all content at your own risk.
The Site displays advertisements through third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. Some server listings may be marked as "Featured" to indicate promoted placement. The presence of any advertisement or featured listing does not constitute an endorsement by TOPMCLIST.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without notice.
When you create a server owner account, we collect your email address and store a securely derived password hash, never your plain-text password. We also process server listing details, uploaded logos and banners, ownership-verification activity, review history, and security information such as IP addresses and rate-limit events. The Site and its service providers may also process browser, device, referral, page-view, performance, and approximate location information.
We use this information to create and secure owner accounts, verify email addresses and server ownership, review and publish server listings, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, provide support, deliver service emails, and operate and improve the Site.
This Site uses cookies to provide its services and, where applicable, serve advertisements. Essential cookies, including the server-owner session cookie, are required for account security and basic Site functionality. Analytics cookies from Vercel Analytics collect anonymous usage data such as page views and performance metrics. Advertising cookies from third-party partners including Google AdSense may serve personalized ads based on your browsing activity. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
This Site uses Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and PostHog to collect anonymous usage data including page views, load times, and performance metrics. We also measure whether a sponsor placement was visibly displayed and whether it was clicked, together with the placement, page, campaign, and broad device class. Sponsor reporting does not use cookies or store a visitor identifier. This data does not include personally identifiable information.
We use Vercel for hosting and analytics, PostHog for sponsor placement analytics, Neon for account and operational database records, Sanity for site content and uploaded media, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and Google for advertising where enabled. These providers process information only as needed to supply their services and under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Account, verification, and submission records are retained while needed to provide the owner service, handle reviews, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Server owners can delete their listings from the owner dashboard. To request access to or deletion of an owner account and its personal data, contact support@topmclist.net. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR including: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Contact support@topmclist.net to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
TOPMCLIST is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Visitors under 13 should use the Site only with parental supervision.
TOPMCLIST respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Please provide the following in writing:
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing: your contact information, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature.
TOPMCLIST will terminate access for users or content sources determined to be repeat infringers. Misrepresentation of material as infringing may result in liability for damages.
TOPMCLIST is not an official Minecraft service. We are not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All Minecraft-related content, names, and imagery belong to their respective owners.
TOPMCLIST does not guarantee that any downloadable content is free of bugs, errors, or defects; compatible with your version of Minecraft; or free from viruses, malware, or harmful code. You download and install all content entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend backing up your Minecraft worlds before installing any mods or texture packs.
We do not own, operate, host, or moderate any listed servers. We are not responsible for server content, rules, moderation, uptime, accuracy of player counts, data collection by server operators, or fraud and misleading information provided by server operators. Listing a server does not constitute an endorsement.
The Site contains links to external websites including YouTube, Discord, CurseForge, Modrinth, and Minecraft server websites. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOPMCLIST and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site, including but not limited to: damage to hardware or software, loss of data, corruption of game files, or any issues arising from downloaded content or interactions with third-party servers and services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
If you have questions about these terms or wish to exercise your data rights, submit a DMCA notice, or report an issue, you can reach out via the Redberet Discord server.
