Os' Bookshelves adds more variety to one of Minecraft's most frequently repeated decorative blocks. The pack introduces multiple bookshelf appearances with a softer, desaturated palette that feels less cartoonish while staying compatible with the game's familiar 16x style. Different shelf shapes, changing book arrangements, open spaces, and versions containing small plants help libraries, studies, enchanting rooms, shops, and lived-in interiors avoid the obvious tiled pattern created by a single repeated texture. The restrained colors make the shelves easier to combine with natural wood palettes, medieval rooms, modern interiors, and realistic vanilla-focused builds. Because the project concentrates on bookshelf presentation rather than replacing the entire environment, it can be layered into broader resource-pack setups without dominating their visual identity. No supporting mod or special loader is required for the pack's main variations. It offers a focused way to make storage walls and reading spaces feel more handcrafted, detailed, and believable while keeping the block instantly recognizable.

It works with standard Minecraft resource-pack features and does not require OptiFine or another supporting mod.
