Weskerson's Torches refreshes Minecraft's familiar torches with redesigned textures, animated flames, and a distinctive glow. The Pack gives these everyday light sources a more expressive appearance while retaining a pixel-based style that fits naturally into the surrounding world. Its changes are especially noticeable along cave walls, garden paths, village streets, and the interiors of survival bases, where repeated torches become part of the decoration. The animated fire adds movement to otherwise static lighting details without introducing new crafting recipes or changing how you place torches. The Pack supports Minecraft 1.21.4 and newer supported releases. Puzzle is required when using it on Minecraft 1.21.4 or 1.21.5, so those older setups need additional preparation. The creator also recommends Hold My Items for extra hand-viewing features and compatible animations, together with Not Enough Animations for improved third-person presentation. These recommended additions are separate from the Pack itself. When another resource Pack also replaces torch textures or models, adjust the resource-Pack order to select the design you want to display.
