Fresh Food replaces Minecraft's food items with custom three-dimensional models and individual eating animations. Apples are eaten around their sides, fish reveal bones, and different foods receive their own visual treatment as you consume them. The models add depth to familiar survival supplies while keeping a recognizable pixel-art appearance. By default, inventory icons, item frames, and dropped items retain their flat sprites, allowing the Pack to work alongside resource Packs that redesign those images. RespackOpts can enable three-dimensional presentation in those additional contexts if you prefer. The Pack also includes nameable food variants that can be displayed in item frames to create plated meals and more detailed table settings. The creator's item list explains the available names and presentation options. Hold My Items, Not Enough Animations, and RespackOpts are recommended additions for specific viewing and customization features. Minecraft 1.21.5 and older supported versions need extra compatibility Mods, with the required setup depending on your version and loader. Check the linked project's instructions before installing an older release.
